  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – as per taste

  • Thick Poha – 2 cups
  • Onion – 2 finely chopped pieces
  • Potato – 1 finely chopped piece
  • Mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli – 2 pieces
  • Curry leaves – 10 to 12 pieces
  • Green Coriander – 2 tablespoons
  • Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Oil – 1-2 tablespoons
  • Fine sev (Popular Indian snack) – 1/2 cup
  • Salt – as per taste

Tari Poha Cooking Instructions:

Prepare Tari:

  • Soak chana overnight and boil until 4 whistles.
  • Wash Poha thoroughly, sprinkle water, and let them swell.
