BSKY Nabin Card: The Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik, initiated the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana. BSKY Nabin Card Online Apply

The BSKY NABIN CARD is a new card introduced by the Bank of Kathmandu (BOK) in partnership with Nabil Bank. It’s a card that you can get for free. If you want to apply for the BSKY NABIN CARD online, here’s how you can do it:

  1. Go to the official website at https://www.bsky.odisha.gov.in/ for the online application process.
  2. Start by agreeing to the declaration. This means confirming that none of your family members are disqualified, and you’re giving consent for Aadhaar e-KYC.
  3. Enter the Aadhaar number of the Head of Family (HoF) or the applicant. The system will check if you meet the criteria by looking at both BSKY and government employee databases. If you’re eligible, you can proceed.
  4. Use e-KYC to automatically get your name, date of birth/age, gender, and address with pin code.
  5. Enter your Voter ID (EPIC) card number and upload a scanned copy.
  6. Confirm your mobile number using a One-Time Password (OTP).
  7. Add family members by confirming their names, Aadhaar numbers, and relationship with the HoF.

BSKY Nabin Card Last Date

The last date for applying for the BSKY Nabin Card has been extended to February 8, 2024.

Previously, the deadline was January 26, but an official announcement extended it to provide more opportunities for eligible individuals and families to register.

BSKY Nabin Card Document Required

The documents required for a BSKY Nabin Card application can be broadly categorized into two groups: mandatory documents and supplementary documents.

Mandatory Documents:

  • Aadhaar Card: This is the primary document for identification and verification. It is required for all family members, including children under 5 years old. For children under 5, an undertaking to provide the Aadhaar card number by June 30, 2024, can be submitted initially.

Result: If the L2 check is okay, your application moves to Step 3.

Step 3 Check:

Result: If the Step 3 check is okay, they issue the card.

BSKY Nabin Card Benefits

When you get the BSKY NABIN Card, your family gets several benefits:

  1. Cashless Treatment for Serious Illnesses: The card covers cashless treatment for certain critical illnesses, giving your family up to Rs. 5 lakh per year for each of nine identified illnesses. These include heart diseases, kidney diseases, liver diseases, brain stroke, severe head injury, brain tumor, burns management, nerve and muscle diseases, and cancer.
  2. Extra Coverage for Women: For the same nine critical illnesses, female family members receive an additional coverage of Rs. 5 lakh per year with the BSKY NABIN Card.

BSKY Nabin Card Eligibility

The BSKY Nabin Card is a health insurance scheme launched by the Government of Odisha to provide cashless treatment for critical illnesses to rural families in the state. To be eligible for the BSKY Nabin Card, your family must meet the following criteria:

  • All family members must reside in a rural area of Odisha.
